Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. She is most well-known for her many roles in the FX anthology horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). In her role as Portia, in Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010), Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe was also seen on TV in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) as well as The First Lady (2022). Rabe appeared in Never Again with her mother Jill Clayburgh. She made her stage debut, this time with her mother, at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts. She was a star in the plays Speaking Well of the dead performed by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) both of which were one-act plays that enabled her to obtain an Equity Card. In July 2003, she appeared in Proof by David Auburn at the Gloucester Stage Company. In the same year, she was also in Mona Lisa Smile. After she graduated her studies, she returned to New York. Deirdre played in White Jesus from September 29 through October 2, 2004, one of the many one-act shows that were performed by The Democracy Project at The Naked Angels Theater Company.
